Applesauce/Banana Bread

Ingredients:
4 ripe bananas
1 cup of sugar
¾ cup of applesauce
2 eggs
2 cups of bread flour
½ teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9” x 5” loaf pan. In a large bowl, slice the bananas and use an electric mixer to mash. Add the sugar and blend. Let mixture stand for 15 minutes. Add applesauce and eggs and mix well. Blend in the remaining ingredients. Pour into the greased loaf pan and bake for 55 minutes. Remove from the oven and let stand again for 10 to 15 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

    We do have have a nutri bullet and use it quite regularly. We also care for my mother in-law and have to make sure that her food is in a soft form for her to swallow.

  2. We use a juicer (a champion juicer), and use mostly veggies. We have been drinking amazing green juices made with organic celery, lettuce, spinach, green chard, parsley, and I add in one apple, one orange, and half a lemon. It makes amazing tasting green juice that reminds me of lemonade, and my picky 3 year old will even drink it. I highly recommend juicing with a quality juicer that way the live enzymes ar21;#8en7&t killed in the process.
