What do you smoke with

Hi Rolland Here, I live in the beautiful and great NW of Vancouver WA, married and have three grown-up daughters. And a Boxer dog named Dante. I love hiking, classic Auto shows, cooking, but love to smoke Meat.

So if you would like to learn how to make mouth watering beef jerky, smoked summer sausage or tasty pepperoni then you are in the right place. I have been in the meat industry for over 35 years.
Hope to see you in the backyard

We hope to someday have it mass produced ,so the cost will be more in line with other good quality sauces. let us know when you are in need of a fresh jar.

Rumor is that you got a new smoker. I think that it is time that you make some more of your delicious pepperoni sticks! It has been awhile since you made them.
